I hope all is well, welcome to Chuwlblog for those who are new to Chuwlblog, and to returning readers who have long waited for a new post. Thank you to those who have patiently waited for a new post. The topic of this blog will continue to explain the magnificent power of God, hence this is why the title of the blog is titled “Just how powerful the LORD God is?”. If everyone around the world would realize how powerful God is, they would put all their trust in God, and have faith in a God that never fails, and a God who is true to his words. Just to be clear, the entire Bible is about the love of God for mankind, and shows the greatness of God, and what to do, and what not to do, and also about God’s Kingdom purpose, and so much more. There are plenty of chapters and verses in the Bible that give us a glimpse of just how powerful and indescribable God is, and some of those verses will be shown further.
The Purpose
There are plenty of books, and chapters in the bible that give a description of the power of God such as the book of Isaiah chapter 40 which describe just how powerful God is. Isaiah 40 says “The LORD God has no equal, no one can compare to the LORD God. The LORD God does not grow tired and weary. The LORD God renews the strength of those who hope in him. The book of Psalm is also a great book as well which shows us how loving, and caring God is. A notable verse is found in Psalm 55:22 NIV which said “Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” The LORD God will never abandon those who love, and trust him, and who seek him, and obey him. When you realize how powerful God is, you can cast all your burdens to the LORD, and the LORD will take care of you. Matthew 10:29 NIV says “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care”. If God takes care of the sparrows, how much more does he loves us mankind, Gods love for the world is beyond no earthly love, God loves us so much that he was willing to send his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins, and we now know he has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand—with angels, with all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to him.
The Kingdom of Heaven
In order to remain righteous with God we must obey the laws of God, if we obey the laws of God then we will be at peace with God. There are a lot of benefits that come with obeying God’s laws and being at peace with God . We live in a world, where there can be a lot of distraction that can try to make people turn their back from God, but one thing we have to remember is the LORD God is the owner of everything, by remaining righteous with God, the things the people in the world are seeking after, will come to us with no painful toll to it. There is a part in Luke 16:16 NIV which says” Since that time, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing their way into it, as you can see people are forced to enter the kingdom of God, because the kingdom of this world is failing, that is why people are forced to enter the kingdom of God. In the kingdom of God there is peace, there are no diseases, there are no famine, there is no anxiety, there is no poverty, that is why people are forced to enter the kingdom of God. The kingdom of men will pass away, but there is a kingdom that will endure forever, which is the kingdom of God, that is why you must remain righteous with the Kingdom, when you enter the kingdom of God, you must obey the Kings law in order to remain in his kingdom, because God does not take rebillion lightly in his kingdom, that is why Satan got kicked out of God’s presence when he tried to rebel against God.
Jesus is King, and the Lord
When someone does not remain righteous with God, and go to follow the pleasure of the world, the LORD God can abandon them, the LORD God said in 2 Chronicles 12 NIV “You have abandoned me; therefore, I now abandon you”. Although God is a loving, forgiving God, slow to anger, we must do our absolute best to remain righteous with the LORD , and humble ourselves to God so that his wrath does not come upon us. When we humble ourselves to the LORD , and become at peace with God, and obey his laws, and seeks his presence, the wrath of the LORD will not be upon you, but rather the blessing of the LORD will be upon you. 2 Chronicles 12:7 NIV said “When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, this word of the LORD came to Shemaiah: “Since they have humbled themselves, I will not destroy them but will soon give them deliverance. My wrath will not be poured out on Jerusalem”. Humbleness is a sign of humility, We should all follow, and understand and have the same mind as the King of Jesus Christ as Jesus showed us how to remain humble. Jesus is God in a human flesh, all powerful, the King of Kings, but yet he remained humbled and dwelled among man, Jesus ate with the sinners, and hang out with them, and did not look down on people, and treat those around him with love, kindness, and so much more.
